Highlights from Awesome Marriage in 2021

Here are just a few of the highlights:
We launched our 90 Days To Save Your Marriage resource. In this resource Dr. Kim walks couples whose marriage is in crisis through practical steps to transform their marriage one day at a time for 90 days. We’ve already had over 1,300 couples begin walking through this process. The stories of marriages saved come in every week! It’s been incredible!
Online Marriage Retreat: Building A Life-Giving Marriage. We were able to put on our second annual online marriage retreat with 16 amazing speakers. Over 480 couples (960 people) joined the retreat this year with more expected in the coming months.
One Thing To Grow Your Marriage Each Day - Dr. Kim’s One Thing Email continues to thrive, with over 115,000 subscribers. We hear how these daily reminders are helpful in marriages, everyday.
We launched the Marriage Multiplier in August of this year. This is a new weekly email with marriage challenges from Dr. Kim each week. This is a great option for couples who don’t want a daily email. This brand new resource has already grown to over 8,000 subscribers in just 4 short months (3,100 via email and 5,000 via text).
Text options via SuperPhone. We now have a text option for our couples to build an awesome marriage. Over 5,000 couples are staying connected to us and investing in their marriage via Marriage Multiplier content with this text option.
We learned, danced, and did fun things with Instagram Reels this year! Our social media team has rocked all the social media changes and we have Dr. Kim and Nancy dancing right through it. We will continue to do whatever it takes to save families and reach couples and help them build an awesome marriage.
Affair Recovery Course - We have seen huge success with our Online Affair Recovery Course. This online course was created to help couples recover from infidelity. Already 675 couples have taken the course and are getting real, tangible help as they work to rebuild their marriage better than before. Here is just one couple’s praise over the course:

Your course allowed us to start the process behind closed doors which eventually allowed us to move forward and seek in-clinic help. Forever grateful!”
We published 10 new YouVersion Plans this year (5 of those being Spanish plans) including our plan One Foot Out The Door that helps couples get a vision for staying and fighting for their marriage. That particular plan already has over 8,000 subscribers. We are so honored to have the opportunity to point couples to God, his word, and reconciliation and transformation for their marriage! 10 Things To Do Before You Get A Divorce - We have helped 6,600 couples whose marriages were struggling. When a couple is in the depths of considering divorce, we come alongside them to help. We connect with each couple that downloads our “10 Things To Do Before You Get A Divorce” resource. It is a blessing to us that they would allow us to help. Ultimately it’s God doing the work and we are thankful He allows us to be a part of it all.
The Awesome Marriage Podcast - The podcast continues to do well with over 2.4 million all time downloads! Couples tell us all the time how these podcasts are helpful to their marriage. You can check out our podcast here.
In addition to these resources, we have been able to send hope to couples worldwide through our social media platforms. This avenue has allowed us to give encouragement, resources and Bible verses that are specific to certain marital needs and struggles. With Covid still in our midst, we have seen first hand how it has negatively affected marriages. We were able to provide encouragement, free resources, and help to couples whose marriages are still struggling because of this pandemic.
