Remaining Faithful Part 8 - Overtime
Monday, I said I was ending this series. I thought I could, but I cannot. Infidelity and what it does to families makes me so incredibly sad and I do not know how to express it (which is a really strange thing for me).
So let me say these final things:
If the thought ever enters your mind about the possibility of having an affair, find someone you trust and ask them to hold you accountable. Do not ever take baby step one.
If you are taking baby steps now, stop. Do not let it go any further. Shut it down now before it goes any further.
If you are in an affair, break it off. DO IT NOW!
If you have been in an affair and it is now exposed, fight for you marriage.
Finally - pray. Pray for your marriage. Pray for others marriages. Pray that our world will put the same value on marriage that God does.
