Taco Soup Recipe
Instructions
Brown the ground beef in a skillet, drain and set aside. Mix all ingredients together except the cheese, in a large pot or dutch oven and simmer for several hours. The corn is the only canned ingredient you drain.
Ingredients
2 lbs ground beef, browned
1 can kidney beans
1 can pinto beans
2 cans corn, drained
2 cans Rotel green chiles and tomatoes
2 packages Hidden Valley ranch dressing mix
2 packages of your favorite dry taco seasoning
Optional, for toppings
Shredded cheddar cheese
Tortilla strips
Sour cream
Add toppings individually when serving
