  • 2 Mason jars or to go cups

  • 1 package of cream cheese

  • 1/2 cup of powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 12 oz of strawberries, sliced

  • 1/4 cup of granulated white sugar

  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice

  • 6 graham crackers

Step 1

1. In a mixer, place cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Blend until smooth. Set aside.

Step 2

In a separate bowl, mix strawberries, 1/4 cup of sugar, and lemon juice.

In food processor, grind graham crackers until they are crumbles. If you don’t have a food processor, you can put the graham crackers in a zip bag and just break the crackers up with a rolling pin.

Cover the bottom of the Mason jar with graham cracker crumbles. Next, add a layer of cheesecake until the jar is half full, then add a layer of strawberries. Repeat the process until your jar is full.
