Settling. What does that word mean to you? If you are a single, it might mean that you decide to give up on what you really want in a relationship and you settle for something that is familiar, convenient, and easier. It may mean you compromise the list you made of what you want in a mate.
If you are married, it may mean that you are settling for a so-so marriage. Maybe is is not bad but it is certainly not what you wanted or dreamed of. You think about working on it but it takes time and effort and you just don’t have it anymore.
Let me encourage you. Do not settle. If you are a single, stay focused on what you really desire in a mate. Do not settle for less. If you are married, don’t settle for anything less than an Awesome Marriage.
Married or single, put God first. Seek his plan for your marriage. Talk to a pastor or a counselor if you need to. Shake off the cob webs and do something. We are here to help you but you have to take the first step. I promise you will never regret it.
